On September 6, 2022, we adjusted our pricing plans for new customers to account for the value of our product. On October 27, 2022 we’ll introduce the new prices to our current customers and below you’ll find the information about how it affects you until then.
You’ve been with us for a while
You can make changes to your current subscription, add agents (or seats, if you’re on the legacy pricing model) and integrations, and keep the old rate until October 27. You can lock in the old price by using the discount link for an annual subscription we sent in the email about new prices. If you’re already in an annual cycle, you can lock in your price for a multi-year contract too.

If I make no changes, which price will I see on the next invoice?
If your subscription period ends before October 27, 2022, the invoice will be issued for the old price. You can lock in the old price by using the discount link for an annual subscription we sent in the email about new prices.
What if I add more agents (or seats)?
Let’s say you’re currently on the Team plan with 5 agents, paid monthly. Adding more agents does not start a new subscription. If you add an agent before October 27, you will be charged $39 for that agent.
What if I change my current pricing plan?
Switching plans starts a new subscription. Let’s say you have one agent in the Team plan paid monthly, and you switch to the Business plan. You will pay the new price for the Business plan, that is $69 paid monthly. Use the the discount link for an annual subscription we sent in the email about new prices to keep the old prices for another year.
What if I change the billing cycle?
Let’s say you are currently on the Business plan, and you pay annually. If you switch to a monthly billing cycle, before October 27, a new subscription is started, and you will pay the new price for the Business plan, $69 per agent (or seat).
