I am a developer and making a saas product that is 4px parcel tracking tool. Currently product is working fine and track shipment through tracking number. But i want to take it to the next level. I want to integrate some chat plugin with my script. When the user will send tracking number on chat script will automatically detect number, track it, and then send back to the customer on chat. Is that possible using livechat? I will make my own script.
