I’ve been on the frontline with our customers since day one at Text – seven years and counting! I started as a Support Hero, spending my days solving problems, answering questions, and learning firsthand what our customers need. That hands-on experience shaped how I approach everything: with empathy, clarity, and a deep focus on resolution.

Later, my job was to build a dedicated support for ChatBot. Instead of just representing the product to our users, I made it my mission to represent our customers within the team. That shift in perspective helped us scale ChatBot while staying grounded in customer feedback. The result? A platform that’s intuitive, accessible, and genuinely helpful for people building chatbots – regardless of their experience level or job title.

Today, I work alongside other Product Experts to deeply understand customer pain points and turn feedback into meaningful improvements. My goal is always the same: to make our product work the way our customers want it to – and to make their day a little easier in the process.
