Suggested improvement for Tickets section

Just a suggestion, of something I would find beneficial in the tickets section. As the supervisor, at times I need to quickly review or spot check how my team is responding to tickets and it would be nice to have a “next ticket” tab or button to be able to quickly scroll thru the tickets in order.

Currently I click on a ticket, then have to click “back” to the main list then find the next ticket to click into. Being able to click “next”, “next”, “next” would allow me to very quickly scroll thru tickets in either the pending or solved folders.
