Love the product but when we aren’t in live chat and people leave a New Ticket that gets emailed to us is there anyway to change the way the customers name and email is listed? It would be great if it was clickable so you could just start a new email reply to them but at least if it wasn’t in parenthesis and tiny print it’s hard to select it and copy/paste it to a new message. Is it just something I’m missing. Thanks
Theoretically, every modern mailbox should show this as a hyperlink – we tested it with our support and it looks like when you click on it, a window should appear, at least on Gmail.
