Hey there!

I think we can be considered as an old member of livechat users since it has been more than three years now. We started to create a new channel of contact here at and checked for a live chat solution at that time.

I don’t want to go too much technical but as an OTA, it means a lot for us and it become our main contact channel for daily requests. It feels like using cellphone these days. You are not able to remember how you managed all these years without it :joy:
