My name is Melissa, I am the Director of Marketing for Valley Driving School. We are a driving school teaching car, truck & motorcycle training for over 65 years in the Lower Mainland of British Columbia Canada.
I am a HUGE fan of LiveChat and they way it has helped us grow our business and communicate with our clients in a better way. We are one of the few driving schools in our area to offer LiveChat as a means of communication, so it sets us a part from our competition.
We have been using LiveChat since January 2017 and are always looking for new or innovative ways to improve our user experience. We’ve used ChatBot since December 2018 and it has allowed us to offer 24/7 customer support! Who knew that visitors would want to talk to a driving school at 2am??? - Lots of people do, apparently!
I’m curious to hear about integrations that LiveChat agents or administrators find useful. We’ve added the facebook messenger integration, Apple Business Chat integration, Twilio, SnapCall (which is AWESOME) and quicknotes. Is there any other integrations users just can’t live without?
I’d also love it if other users shared their website url. I’m always up for checking out how other people have their chat set up, greetings that they use and how obvious on the page the chat widget is. I’m sure we can all learn from each other and share some great tips for success!
