Product Support Specialist (ChatBot)

Remote

We are looking for an enthusiastic Product Support Hero who will become a full-time member of a cross-functional team of AI geeks that develop the ChatBot platform. It’s a robust solution powered by LiveChat that gives businesses an extra pair of hands to answer customer questions around the clock. 

Your main role will be to support our customers in using ChatBot, show the value of the product as well as build long-lasting relationships with our users.
