To join the LiveChat for Nonprofits program, you must be a registered nonprofit organization. Please note, some types of organizations aren’t eligible and won’t be allowed into the program.
The following organizations aren’t eligible:
Organizations that advocate, support, or practice discrimination based on age, ethnicity, gender, national origin, disability, race, size, religion, sexual orientation, or socioeconomic status aren’t eligible to participate in this program. Organizations must be willing and able to attest that they do not discriminate on any of these grounds in order to receive products in this program.

To be able to apply, your organization must be a registered nonprofit according to all your local laws.
While everyone can use LiveChat, not every organization may meet our eligibility requirements to qualify for this program. LiveChat sets these guidelines and determines an organization’s qualification at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to grant or deny an organization’s application or participation at any time, for any reason, and to supplement or amend our eligibility guidelines at any time. All program participants are required to comply with LiveChat’s terms and conditions.
