entity, accordingly to all your local laws.

How to join LiveChat for Nonprofits program.

Start with completing the application form.
The provided information will be helpful for us to verify your nonprofit organization. If your website contains all the necessary legal information, we will try to verify your nonprofit status ourselves and won't require a copy of any official documents. However, in some cases, we might ask you for additional proof of your organization status.

Publish a link to LiveChat on your website.
Help us spread the word about LiveChat and our mission by putting a link to our website, preferably on your homepage. Feel free to use one of our logo versions or just plain text. Here you can find some resources to help you with the process: LiveChat for Nonprofits assets.

We will verify your application.
If all checks out and you already have a link to LiveChat on your website present, you will receive a confirmation email, as well as an email with access to your new LiveChat account. In other cases, we will contact you individually to solve any outstanding issues.

LiveChat Inc reserves the right to carry out a subjective evaluation of all applications and might deny any application if deemed appropriate.
