ekmPowershop: LiveChat in your store

You can create a completely new channel of communication with your online visitors by installing LiveChat on your website. Do this to chat with your visitors and convert them into customers.

To place a LiveChat function on your store’s website, please follow these steps:

  1. Login in to the administrative panel of your store and go to the Design section.

  1. Proceed by clicking on icon below the theme you use and choosing the Edit in Custom Mode option.

  1. Click on the Confirm button to proceed.

  1. Now, go to the Code section and copy the code found there.
  2. Paste the code before the closing </body> tag and click on Save changes to finalize.

Saving code changes

  1. Paste the same code on all your pages to offer live chat on the whole website.

Congratulations! Your EKM site is now sporting a new LiveChat feature.
