Chat with your online shoppers

This short tutorial will show you how to integrate LiveChat with your store. Adding LiveChat will allow you to see visitors activity on your site in real time and proactively help them in their buying decisions.

Login to your dashboard and head to the Apps tab.
Search for LiveChat and select the LiveChat badge.
Select the Install button.
Confirm the installation.
Provide your login information to create a new account. If you already have a LiveChat account, select the Log in option located at the bottom.
To complete the installation process, log in to your LiveChat account by selecting the Open LiveChat app button.

Voilà! LiveChat has been installed and should appear on your store after refreshing. To start chatting with your site visitors, log in to the LiveChat web app or download a dedicated desktop application.
