As Product Manager at LiveChat, you’ll be responsible for identifying opportunities, validating hypotheses, and creating solutions that connect businesses with their customers by making communication easier and more powerful. With over 33,000 businesses and more than 200,000 agents using LiveChat, that’s a lot of stakeholders you’ll need to take care of! You will work closely with your team (currently 5 people), Head of LiveChat – Piotr, and other product teams at LiveChat to make sure we deliver a consistent experience to our customers.
We are looking for:
+3 years of experience in product management;
Good understanding of the SaaS business model as well as the related concepts and metrics like churn, retention, ARPU, MRR;
Proven experience in working with data and analytical tools (e.g. Amplitude), so you can assess whether your work is improving the business metrics or not;
The ability to make your team’s work smooth and efficient by leading them with a clear and precise vision and goal;
Strong communication skills and the ability to transfer complex topics and projects into easy-to-understand messages and tasks;
Focus on delivering value to both the business and customers;
Basic understanding of technology (e.g. what’s an API) and tech documentation is a nice-to-have;
Working in an environment of passionate people on big-league projects (on products that attract more than 33k paid customers worldwide and counting) and used worldwide by millions of people every month.
