Remove Ticket functionality

Would like to disable the ability for customers to leave messages while agents are offline. I.e. we do not want any tickets.

How can I go about doing this?

You can turn off the ticket form in the LiveChat settings.

Please go to Settings > Chat surveys and forms > Ticket form
