At Text, we’re building a new category around customer communication, powered by real-time data.
You’ll join a product area focused on turning behavioural signals into actions that drive conversion, revenue, and growth - not another CRM, but a system that helps businesses act in real time.
We have a clear direction. Now we need someone who can turn it into fast learning, sharp decisions, and continuous progress in a high-ambiguity, high-ownership environment. This is a builder role - you’ll define how the product works end-to-end, turning real-time signals into measurable outcomes.
Own a product area end-to-end - from identifying the right problems to delivering measurable outcomes (e.g. conversion, revenue)
Turn direction into fast learning - define hypotheses, run experiments, and iterate quickly
Make high-quality decisions in ambiguity and move forward without perfect data
Work closely with engineering and design to build simple, effective solutions
Move fast and stay focused - prioritise what matters most and continuously learn what works
Collaborate across teams to build a cohesive product experience, not isolated features
Have experience building products in early-stage or zero-to-one environments
Think in outcomes - you care about real impact, not just shipping features
Bring high ownership - you take responsibility for outcomes, not just tasks
Navigate ambiguity confidently — making decisions and helping strong teams move faster on what matters most
Have strong product judgment - you know what matters, what to skip, and how to keep things simple
Care deeply about customer behaviour and decision-making
Think in systems - connecting data, product, and experience across teams
Hard skills & experience:
Experience running product discovery and rapid experimentation cycles
Strong data fluency — comfortable using product analytics (e.g. Amplitude) to inform decisions and measure impact
Background in activation, growth, or behaviour-driven products
Experience working in cross-functional product teams
We’re a hybrid team – remote when it makes sense, onsite when it matters most.
Once per quarter, your whole team spends 5 working days together at our Wrocław office – a time for focused execution, unblocking work, and driving key outcomes.
Our office is open year-round – drop by anytime.

At this stage, we’ll test your craft to see the value you can bring to the company. The most important part? You’ll find out everything about the challenges in your role, and we’ll find out everything we need to know about your experience.
We’ll give you a project to work on for a few hours. You’ll also meet the people that’ll give you tips, advice, and access to data and tools so you can feel like you’re already a part of the team. Get familiar with our atmosphere, the workflow, and the people. All in all, we’ll help you make a well-informed decision.
