Ticket Has Been Created Email

We have noticed that the ticket creation email no longer includes the ticket details.
As a person reporting an issue, this subject tells me nothing about my ticket that I have created.

When will this be changed back to showing the information submitted along with the ticket?

Below is a copy of the email message I am referring to. This used to include the actual email information submitted on the ticket.

Hi! I’ve checked it with our ProductTeam and it turned out we made this change because of spammers who were using chat window to create tickets and spam agents.
