Hybrid Full-time
Our Website Experience team is responsible for driving the user experience across all websites that our customers and partners interact with. We create, optimize, and maintain a large number of pages and campaigns that reach both our current and future customers. We believe the best websites don’t just look good — they perform, they convert, and they scale.
We are currently looking for a Web Developer to help us craft fast, elegant, and measurable web experiences across the entire Text.com ecosystem. From high-impact landing pages to A/B test infrastructure, you’ll help us push the limits of what SaaS websites can do.
Developing product websites and landing pages across entire Text.com ecosystem – you'll work with other creative team members to delight our visitors and raise the bar for SaaS websites;
Coding responsive, robust email templates that support our marketing campaigns;
Optimizing our content creation workflow by configuring, extending, and troubleshooting CMS platforms like Statamic, Decap, and Headless WordPress — and introducing smarter solutions as we grow;
Improving the overall code quality and development process;
Implementing analytics events, measuring conversion funnels, and building A/B test frameworks that deliver actionable insights;
Diagnosing and fixing performance bottlenecks across browsers, devices, and regions.
Collaborating with SEO specialists to implement best practices and elevate organic visibility.
Note: We don’t expect you to know everything — we value generalist thinking and a growth mindset over mastery of one stack.

Stay updated with the latest Web APIs and platform enhancements;
Communicate effectively and can discuss your ideas and project updates with anyone, including those without a technical background;

We have implemented a hybrid workplace, in which our team in Wrocław and nearby (up to 50 km), follows a 3/2 model: three days in the office to foster creativity, teamwork, and social interaction, and two days working from home.
If you’re based outside of Wrocław, you'll work in the office for three days each month to maintain valuable face-to-face connections, while continuing to contribute significantly to product engineering remotely.
We don’t want you to worry about all the basic benefits - like a Multisport card, private health care, or a home office equipment budget.
What we really want you to feel and what we believe in is that the real benefits come from the culture we’ve built.
With a hybrid work model (whether it's three days per week or three days per month, depending on your location), unlimited paid days off and sick days policy, an environment focused on outcomes instead of worked hours, and people dedicated to their work, you’ll find a workplace where you can thrive.
And here’s the icing on the cake: you’ll have the opportunity to work with the makers behind all Text products: LiveChat, ChatBot, HelpDesk, KnowledgeBase, OpenWidget.
Are you feeling like this might be a great place to consider working for? We feel it too ;) Join us and apply.
Recruitment process
It’s time to fill out the application form and attach your CV. Here’s what happens next in our fully remote recruitment process:
Get yourself something to drink and let’s talk. Tell us about your professional experience, the results of your work, and your values. We’ll tell you a little bit about the company, products, and company culture. We’ll also talk about the money and your availability.
At this stage, we’ll test your craft to see the value you can bring to the company. The most important part? You’ll find out everything about the challenges in your role, and we’ll find out everything we need to know about your experience.
We’ll give you a project to work on for a few hours. You’ll also meet the people that’ll give you tips, advice, and access to data and tools so you can feel like you’re already a part of the team. Get familiar with our atmosphere, the workflow, and the people. All in all, we’ll help you make a well-informed decision.
