Our job is simple to state and hard to beat: attract the right users before they hit a signup form. Social channels are often the first touch, so we own them end-to-end — voice, visuals, data, and community. We experiment fast, measure everything, and celebrate the wins that move traffic (our core KPI) and revenue forward.
The role is initially a one-year contract. It doesn’t rule out the possibility of staying with Text longer, as we’re always open to retaining exceptional talent who align with our vision and culture.
You will be responsible for:
Owning and iterating the social strategy for Facebook, X, LinkedIn, and Instagram — roadmaps and post calendars included.
Writing clear, on-brand copy that turns product updates and use -cases into scroll-stopping stories.
Tracking performance in GA4 and native dashboards; testing new formats the moment algorithms shift.
Sourcing topics directly from Product, drafting briefs for Design, and cross-promoting launches in newsletters and onboarding flows.
Showing up where users talk — Rreplying to comments, sparking conversations, jumping into Reddit threads, and flagging insights to the team.
Amplifying our people — Amplifying our company's thought leadership by planning, coordinating, and promoting content that positions our people as industry leaders.
Monitoring the market — Tools, competitors, and cultural trends that shape social.
You may be a good fit for this role if you:
Bring 3+ years running B2B SaaS or agency social accounts with measurable growth results.
Write benefit-driven English copy that’s crisp, friendly, and technically accurate.
Live in analytics and can prove it with dashboards or case studies.
Navigate algorithm changes without losing reach — or your sense of humor.
Use data to decide, not to decorate slides.
Know: basic Figma, have paid-social experience, or influencer outreach experience (bonus points).
We have implemented a hybrid workplace, in which our team in Wrocław and nearby (up to 50 km), follows a 3/2 model: three days in the office to foster creativity, teamwork, and social interaction, and two days working from home.
If you’re based outside of Wrocław, you'll work in the office for three days each month to maintain valuable face-to-face connections, while continuing to contribute significantly to product engineering remotely.
