Hybrid Full-time
The Admin & Subscription Experience team drives the user journey related to managing subscriptions, purchasing features, provisioning team accounts, ensuring data security, and controlling access to resources.
Our mission is to deliver a seamless, secure, and intuitive experience that empowers users and administrators to fully manage their accounts, purchases, and teams across the entire product ecosystem.
We operate in two collaborating streams, maintaining a strong culture of cross-functional work, knowledge sharing, and engineering ownership. Here, you won’t just write code — you will actively co-create product experiences, lead initiatives, and ensure alignment between technical execution and business goals.
We are looking for a proactive, business-minded Front-End Engineer who combines technical excellence with a strong focus on business context and user experience.
Build the MVP for the Global Accounts Management Panel — a brand-new cross-product platform.
Lead technical discovery and implementation based on business goals and real user needs.
Maintain and develop accounts.livechat.com — the central authentication service.
Participate in integration initiatives, connecting our products with the global accounts and subscription systems.
Shape and simplify subscription and billing processes across all Text, Inc. apps.
Create robust tests — Cypress in place, Playwright in adoption.
Own the end-to-end delivery: business analysis → project scoping → implementation → testing → cross-team coordination.
Foster cross-team collaboration, ensuring other teams' deliverables align with global subscription and admin experience goals.
Actively contribute to achieving core business goals by positively impacting key financial metrics such as Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) and Average Revenue Per User (ARPU).
Proactively identify opportunities for growth by proposing and implementing technical or product improvements that increase customer value, enhance monetization, and drive sustainable revenue growth.
Validate ideas and solutions through user experimentation by leveraging methods such as A/B testing, feature flags, and metric-based analysis to ensure data-driven decision making and measurable business impact.
Actively mentor team members and testers.
Ownership mindset: You care about the project’s success, not just your code delivery.
Business-driven engineer: You think how your work impacts users and products, not just how it's implemented.
Strong collaborator: You value teamwork, communicate clearly, and are open to company-wide standards and strategic decisions.
Organized and self-directed: You plan your work carefully and keep stakeholders in the loop.
Adaptive and pragmatic: You know when to defend technical ideas and when to align with broader product goals.
Mentor and sharer: You support others in growing their skills, both engineers and testers.
5+ years working on production-grade consumer apps.
Expertise in JavaScript (ES7+), React, Redux.
Solid skills in testing your code (unit and E2E testing with Cypress or similar tools).
Experience in product-focused frontend engineering — thinking beyond tickets and sprints.
Comfort with fast iteration cycles and bold technical decision-making.
Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal).
Plus: basic understanding of backend principles (we work with GoLang services).
Familiarity with Playwright.
Experience in billing systems or authentication and authorization services.
Contributions to open-source tools or libraries.
We have implemented a hybrid workplace, in which our team in Wrocław and nearby (up to 50 km), follows a 3/2 model: three days in the office to foster creativity, teamwork, and social interaction, and two days working from home.
If you’re based outside of Wrocław, you'll work in the office for three days each month to maintain valuable face-to-face connections, while continuing to contribute significantly to product engineering remotely.
We don’t want you to worry about all the basic benefits - like a Multisport card, private health care, or a home office equipment budget.
What we really want you to feel and what we believe in is that the real benefits come from the culture we’ve built.
With a hybrid work model (whether it's three days per week or three days per month, depending on your location), unlimited paid days off and sick days policy, an environment focused on outcomes instead of worked hours, and people dedicated to their work, you’ll find a workplace where you can thrive.
And here’s the icing on the cake: you’ll have the opportunity to work with the makers behind all Text products: LiveChat, ChatBot, HelpDesk, KnowledgeBase, OpenWidget.
Are you feeling like this might be a great place to consider working for? We feel it too ;) Join us and apply.
Recruitment process
It’s time to fill out the application form and attach your CV. Here’s what happens next in our fully remote recruitment process:
Get yourself something to drink and let’s talk. Tell us about your professional experience, the results of your work, and your values. We’ll tell you a little bit about the company, products, and company culture. We’ll also talk about the money and your availability.
At this stage, we’ll test your craft to see the value you can bring to the company. The most important part? You’ll find out everything about the challenges in your role, and we’ll find out everything we need to know about your experience.
We’ll give you a project to work on for a few hours. You’ll also meet the people that’ll give you tips, advice, and access to data and tools so you can feel like you’re already a part of the team. Get familiar with our atmosphere, the workflow, and the people. All in all, we’ll help you make a well-informed decision.
