We are looking for a passionate team player to join us to help us coordinate and manage contract-related – matters for people acquisition. As our Contract Manager, you’d be responsible for the preparation, review, drafting, and negotiation of contracts.
About the Role and Your Team
The Contract Manager will be a full-time member of the Legal team and will work closely with various departments, including our People and Finance teams.
As the singular point of contact, you will ensure that contracts and related documents move smoothly and quickly from creation, through collaboration and negotiation, to signature. This includes oversight of the contract management and administration process, as well as the development of specific standards for the submission of proposals, contract negotiations, and document management.
Things you’ll do on a day-to-day basis:
Create and update standard-form contracts, including payment terms in accordance with a wide variety of different legal and tax specifics depending on the country of origin of the recruited;
Ensure that contracts are properly entered into our organizational databases, securely maintained, and executed in accordance with the corporate guidelines;
Conduct analyzes of new law regulations and contract trends with regard to people acquisition with the ability to draw relevant conclusions and implementing appropriate solutions to determine the potential impact on the company business;
Conduct research prior to drafting and negotiating contracts to make recommendations in order to protect our interests in a balanced way;
Cooperate with advisors and institutions competent for the country of origin of the recruited;
Monitor contracts to determine the necessity for amendments or extensions of contracts;
Collaborate and align with internal managers and stakeholders about all contract-related matters, with the ability to convey complex information in a way that others can easily follow;
Carry out due diligence of existing contracts to improve their performance.

Our ideal candidate will have:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific field, preferably in Business Management, Finance, Economics, Law;
Prior work experience in a multinational environment with exposition to acquiring people from different countries is a must-have;
Ability to work independently and prioritize workloads and deadlines;
Strong organization skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent projects;
Very good command of professional English in contract-related matters (both written and spoken);
Working in an environment of passionate people on big-league projects (on products that attract more than 33k paid customers worldwide and counting) and used worldwide by millions of people every month.
