We need a hero! A support hero, to be precise. As one of our support agents, you would take on the difficult task of solving our customers’ problems and providing information to potential buyers.

In this role, you will be our customers' first point of contact. You will support them with code installation, the use of the products, customer exit reporting, assistance with billing, and the creation of customer support materials.

We’re looking for: 

  • Perfect command of the English language;

  • Fast typing skills – at least 40 WPM;

  • High-level multitasking;

  • Someone who is ready to work during the dead man’s shift;

  • Strong analytical and communication skills;

  • Being a good listener would definitely help;

  • Will to learn new things and improve your skill.

Nice to have: 

  • Browser console debug skills;

  • Familiarity with JavaScript and HTML code implementation process;

  • Prior working experience in customer-facing roles.

A remote practice run

We’ll give you a project to work on for a few hours. You’ll also meet the people that’ll give you tips, advice, and access to data and tools so you can feel like you’re already a part of the team. Get familiar with our atmosphere, the workflow, and the people. All in all, we’ll help you make a well-informed decision.
