Marketing Partner Program

Hybrid Full-time

First impressions matter — especially when they're happening on someone else's platform.

We’re looking for a proactive, detail-obsessed External Channels & Marketplace Specialist to take full ownership of how Text shows up across external marketplaces, platforms, and ecosystem partners. This role lives at the intersection of content, partnerships, and performance. You'll be responsible for maintaining consistency in how our brand appears across ~470+ external sites, while also spotting new opportunities to grow our visibility and reach.

This is not just a “keep it tidy” role. We want someone who sees marketplaces as channels, listings as levers, and partnerships as strategic bets — someone who’s eager to turn presence into traffic, and traffic into business impact.

What you'll do

  • Own, update, and continuously optimize our presence across platforms like G2, Trustpilot, Zapier, WordPress and dozens more.

  • Create consistent, high-converting listings that reflect our brand voice and design system — and keep them fresh as our product evolves.

  • Collaborate with designers and copywriters to produce visual and textual assets that make us stand out.

  • Proactively initiate and manage content-based partnerships with ecosystem platforms, such as joint marketing campaigns, interviews, co-branded materials, and more.

  • Work closely with our marketing automation and paid teams to align listing presence with review-generation campaigns and ads.

  • Analyze traffic and performance from listings and partner platforms; make data-informed decisions on what to improve, test, or expand.

  • Gradually take over the management of technical listings from the Selling Experience team, while collaborating on cross-functional projects.

You might be a fit if you

  • Have excellent written and spoken English (C1+ or native-like) — this role is highly communicative and externally facing.

  • Are a strong writer and communicator, capable of crafting concise and compelling copy for listings and promotional materials.

  • Experience with growth, SEO, or conversion optimization.

  • Are confident in managing external relationships and coordinating with both internal and external stakeholders.

  • Have some experience with digital content publishing, marketplace platforms, or partner marketing.

  • Enjoy spotting opportunities others overlook — and love turning vague “we should do something with them” ideas into actual shipped campaigns.

  • Are comfortable working asynchronously across time zones and know how to move work forward without waiting on others.

Nice-to-haves (but not dealbreakers)

  • Prior work on B2B SaaS products or marketplaces.

  • A portfolio of listing or content partnerships you’ve helped shape.

The team and setup

You’ll join the First Impression Experience team — the crew responsible for how Text looks and feels before someone signs up. You’ll work closely with Designers, Automation Specialists, and Product Marketers. You’ll also collaborate with technical teams and the Selling Experience group on listings that include app integrations.

How we hire

Our process is straightforward and collaborative:

  1. Intro call – with our HR team to get to know you and your background.

  2. Technical interview – with the hiring team, focused on your experience and approach.

  3. Practice Run – you’ll get a small case study with real context. You'll join our Slack workspace temporarily to ask questions, clarify requirements, and present your thinking live at the end.

How we work

We have implemented a hybrid workplace, in which our team in Wrocław and nearby (up to 50 km), follows a 3/2 model: three days in the office to foster creativity, teamwork, and social interaction, and two days working from home.

If you’re based outside of Wrocław, you'll work in the office for three days each month to maintain valuable face-to-face connections, while continuing to contribute significantly to product engineering remotely.

Benefits

We don’t want you to worry about all the basic benefits - like a Multisport card, private health care, or a home office equipment budget.

What we really want you to feel and what we believe in is that the real benefits come from the culture we’ve built.

With a hybrid work model (whether it's three days per week or three days per month, depending on your location), unlimited paid days off and sick days policy, an environment focused on outcomes instead of worked hours, and people dedicated to their work, you’ll find a workplace where you can thrive.

And here’s the icing on the cake: you’ll have the opportunity to work with the makers behind all Text products: LiveChat, ChatBot, HelpDesk, KnowledgeBase, OpenWidget.

Are you feeling like this might be a great place to consider working for? We feel it too ;) Join us and apply.
