Add HelpDesk to the chat widget

Do you want to display a ticket form directly in your chat widget? Or provide support when you’re offline? With our HelpDesk integration, you can add the contact form to the chat widget and let customers choose the communication channel that suits them best.

How to add the HelpDesk contact form to the chat widgetLink icon

You need the HelpDesk integration installed and the chat widget availability set to always enabled to proceed with this tutorial.

Go to Settings > Chat widget > Boosters.

Select Enable on the HelpDesk tile.

To finalize, select Save changes.

Select button on the HelpDesk tile > Customize.

Edit the Title, Short description, or Button text fields.

When you’re finished, select Save changes.

How to remove the app from the chat widgetLink icon

Go to Settings > Chat widget > Boosters.

Select button on the HelpDesk tile > Disable app.

To finalize, select Save changes.
