Now, we’re taking it a step further. We’re strengthening its collaboration and support features to ensure agents feel backed by their team, because we believe teamwork should be more than a value — it should be woven directly into our products.
Text App is our core product, enabling teams to handle customer interactions efficiently and consistently. Our goal is to help users communicate effectively with customers and help them feel supported by their team without ever leaving the app.
We’re currently hiring for the Teamwork Experience team, focused on making that sense of support and collaboration a native part of the agent's daily workflow. Inspired by natural team behavior like mentoring, shift handovers, knowledge sharing, and peer support, we’re building features that bring real-time cooperation into the heart of Text App. Think: team chat channels for asking for help while talking to a customer, visibility into ongoing conversations, and lightweight tools for sharing feedback, insights, and resources.
That’s why we’re building features like:
AI agents that support customer agents in real time.
Internal channels for agents to ask for help, receive mentoring, or share knowledge.
Conversation takeover between agents (e.g., during shift changes, escalations, or onboarding support).
Context and quality management — ensuring knowledge doesn’t disappear but circulates within the team.
These aren’t standalone tools — they’re strategic Text App features that make our platform more than just a customer chat tool.
As a Product Designer on the Teamwork Experience team, you’ll have a seat at the table to influence product decisions, challenge assumptions, and ensure we’re solving the most important user problems in the most effective ways.
Partnering closely with the Product Manager and Engineers to uncover high-impact problems and translate them into user-first product designs.
Acting as a product thought partner, helping prioritize initiatives and shaping the roadmap with customer value in mind.
Running fast-paced discovery sprints with direct user testing and feedback.
Driving end-to-end design processes: from user research and ideation to high-fidelity UI and developer handoff.
Ensuring product consistency by contributing to and challenging the design system where needed.
Collaborating with the broader design team to ensure cohesion across the platform.
Owning your design decisions and staying adaptable in a dynamic, feedback-driven environment.
Have 4+ years of product design experience, preferably in SaaS or B2B tech.
Are proficient in Figma, FigJam (or Miro), and Hotjar, and enjoy turning data and feedback into actionable product improvements.
Enjoy working in small, agile teams with high autonomy.
Love owning the entire design process — from research and discovery to final polish.
Feel comfortable speaking with users directly and iterating based on their feedback.
Are flexible and adapt quickly to shifting priorities or new insights.
Combine strong visual design skills with a sharp focus on usability.
Are confident communicating design choices to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Thrive in fast-moving environments with weekly progress cycles and real impact.
This is your chance to have ownership, make meaningful design decisions, and create tools that make people feel more connected, supported, and empowered in their work.
We have implemented a hybrid workplace, in which our team in Wrocław and nearby (up to 50 km), follows a 3/2 model: three days in the office to foster creativity, teamwork, and social interaction, and two days working from home.
If you’re based outside of Wrocław, you'll work in the office for three days each month to maintain valuable face-to-face connections, while continuing to contribute significantly to product engineering remotely.

At this stage, we’ll test your craft to see the value you can bring to the company. The most important part? You’ll find out everything about the challenges in your role, and we’ll find out everything we need to know about your experience.
We’ll give you a project to work on for a few hours. You’ll also meet the people that’ll give you tips, advice, and access to data and tools so you can feel like you’re already a part of the team.
