Hybrid Full-time
In the End-user Engagement team, we build tools that help our clients effectively communicate with users visiting their websites. Our products support the creation and management of campaigns and the measurement of their effectiveness. We work closely with users, regularly gather feedback, define measurable goals, and frequently collaborate across teams to deliver maximum business value.
By joining us as a Fullstack Engineer, you will have a tangible impact on the development of products that directly support Text's vision and strategic goals.
We’re looking for an experienced Fullstack Engineer who is comfortable working across both frontend and backend, capable of making independent technical decisions, and enjoys close collaboration with product managers, designers, and other engineers. You’ll have the opportunity to co-create products that meaningfully affect the experiences of end-users.
Designing and developing features related to user campaigns and communication – building stable, scalable components on both backend and frontend sides.
Collaborating with product designers – jointly developing intuitive interfaces and solutions that enhance user experience.
Integrating with APIs – both internal and external, to retrieve, process, and present data in the context of campaigns.
Monitoring performance and optimization – ensuring code quality, performance, and the stability of developed solutions.
Participating in product planning and strategy – co-defining goals, iterating on solutions, and responding to data and customer needs.
You have in-depth experience with HTML, CSS, TypeScript, React, Node.js and Postgres. Experience with Go, Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.
User-centric mindset – you understand end-user needs and can translate them into functional technical solutions.
Independence and initiative – you enjoy working autonomously while also collaborating effectively with the team.
Attention to quality – you write clean, testable code and are eager to share knowledge with teammates.
Experience with SaaS products or startup environments – we value flexibility and readiness to thrive in dynamic settings.
Analytical skills and a metrics-driven approach – you’re comfortable working with data and using it to inform product development.
Real product impact – your work will directly influence the experience of thousands of users.
Close collaboration with product and design leaders – we emphasize partnership and knowledge sharing.
Dynamic environment with short iteration cycles – we’re not afraid to experiment, test, and move fast.
We have implemented a hybrid workplace, in which our team in Wrocław and nearby (up to 50 km), follows a 3/2 model: three days in the office to foster creativity, teamwork, and social interaction, and two days working from home.
If you’re based outside of Wrocław, you'll work in the office for three days each month to maintain valuable face-to-face connections, while continuing to contribute significantly to product engineering remotely.
We don’t want you to worry about all the basic benefits - like a Multisport card, private health care, or a home office equipment budget.
What we really want you to feel and what we believe in is that the real benefits come from the culture we’ve built.
With a hybrid work model (whether it's three days per week or three days per month, depending on your location), unlimited paid days off and sick days policy, an environment focused on outcomes instead of worked hours, and people dedicated to their work, you’ll find a workplace where you can thrive.
And here’s the icing on the cake: you’ll have the opportunity to work with the makers behind all Text products: LiveChat, ChatBot, HelpDesk, KnowledgeBase, OpenWidget.
Are you feeling like this might be a great place to consider working for? We feel it too ;) Join us and apply.
