Hybrid Full-time
We're building smart, sales-focused tools inside Text — ones that don’t just support sales, but actively drive it. Our mission? Equip users with product experiences that measurably boost conversion, performance, and business growth. If you ever wanted to shape customer-facing features from the ground up — and see them directly used in real-world commerce — this role is it.
You’ll join a skilled, collaborative team focused on delivering meaningful features fast, while keeping technical craft and user value at the core. We’re still laying foundational product work, so it’s a rare chance to build the “firsts” the right way.
We’re looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer with a 70:30 frontend-to-backend focus — who:
Tackles complex problems with creativity and confidence.
Believes great products are built through strong collaboration across disciplines.
Balances forward-thinking development with meticulous attention to detail.
Enjoys transforming ideas into scalable, high-performance solutions.
Is excited by the opportunity to contribute beyond the UI — into architecture, backend, and product shaping.
Values shared ownership, clean code, and pragmatic problem-solving.
Building and evolving core features that directly impact sales performance.
Working closely with backend, product, and UX/UI teams to align vision and execution.
Building the frontend first while contributing to backend services (primarily in Go) as needed.
Helping shape architectural decisions and drive technical direction.
Improving performance and refining existing systems for stability and speed.
Elevating engineering practices and contributing to a culture of quality.
Iterating on features based on real customer context and internal usage data.
Advanced knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript.
Proven experience working with React and its broader ecosystem.
Familiarity with tools like Redux Saga, TanStack Query, or comparable technologies.
Openness to developing backend skills if you’re more frontend-oriented.
Comfortable navigating large-scale UI and scaling frontend systems.
Ideally some backend curiosity or exposure (Go is a plus — not a must).
Ability to write tests, participate in CI/CD workflows, and contribute to shared engineering practices.
A collaborative mindset — we care about team transparency, async updates, and shared knowledge.
You're not maintaining old code — most of what we build is new, native, and foundational.
We focus on real business impact — you'll ship features that help our customers close more deals.
You'll work with experienced engineers who care deeply about craft, autonomy, and user value.
We're transparent, async-first, and pragmatic — no micromanaging, no endless standups, just good communication and solid delivery.
We’re a hybrid team – remote when it makes sense, onsite when it matters most.Once per quarter, your whole team spends 5 working days together at our Wrocław office – a time for focused execution, unblocking work, and driving key outcomes. Our office is open year-round – drop by anytime.
We don’t want you to worry about all the basic benefits - like a Multisport card, private health care, or a home office equipment budget.
What we really want you to feel and what we believe in is that the real benefits come from the culture we’ve built. With a hybrid work model, unlimited paid days off and sick days policy, an environment focused on outcomes instead of worked hours, and people dedicated to their work, you’ll find a workplace where you can thrive. And here’s the icing on the cake: you’ll have the opportunity to work with the makers behind all Text products: LiveChat, ChatBot, HelpDesk, KnowledgeBase, OpenWidget.
Recruitment process
It’s time to fill out the application form and attach your CV. Here’s what happens next in our fully remote recruitment process:
Get yourself something to drink and let’s talk. Tell us about your professional experience, the results of your work, and your values. We’ll tell you a little bit about the company, products, and company culture. We’ll also talk about the money and your availability.
At this stage, we’ll test your craft to see the value you can bring to the company. The most important part? You’ll find out everything about the challenges in your role, and we’ll find out everything we need to know about your experience.
We’ll give you a project to work on for a few hours. You’ll also meet the people that’ll give you tips, advice, and access to data and tools so you can feel like you’re already a part of the team. Get familiar with our atmosphere, the workflow, and the people. All in all, we’ll help you make a well-informed decision.
