Hybrid Full-time
Are you looking for a place where you can help build a real product that makes a difference in people’s daily work? At Text App, we're developing a customer communication tool used by hundreds of teams. Now, we’re taking it a step further—strengthening its collaboration and support features to ensure agents feel backed by their team, because we believe teamwork should be more than a value—it should be woven directly into our products.
Text App is our core product, enabling teams to handle customer interactions efficiently and consistently. Our goal is not only to help users communicate effectively with customers, but also to help them feel supported by their team—without ever leaving the app.
We’re currently hiring into the Teamwork Experience team, focused on making that sense of support and collaboration a native part of the agent's daily workflow. Inspired by natural team behaviors like mentoring, shift handovers, knowledge sharing, and peer support, we’re building features that bring real-time cooperation into the heart of Text App. Think: team chat channels for asking for help while talking to a customer, visibility into ongoing conversations, and lightweight tools for sharing feedback, insights, and resources.
That’s why we’re building features like:
AI Agent that supports customer agents in real-time
Internal channels for agents to ask for help, receive mentoring, or share knowledge
Conversation takeover between agents (e.g., during shift changes, escalations, or onboarding support)
Context and quality management – ensuring knowledge doesn’t disappear but circulates within the team
These aren’t standalone tools—they’re strategic Text App features that make our platform more than just a customer chat tool.
We’re looking for an experienced frontend engineer who:
Thinks like a product owner – understands the user, their context, and can translate needs into practical solutions
Can build new features iteratively – quickly test, gather feedback, improve, and only then scale
Feels confident working with real-time apps and data-driven UIs – WebSockets, connection handling, real-time rendering
Understands that a “product” is more than just code – eager to discuss, listen, and propose ideas
Acts responsibly – understands the consequences of technical decisions, and cares about data security and usability
React + React Router
TypeScript / JavaScript (ES6+)
TanStack Query
CSS Modules
WebSockets (real-time event handling)
Vitest (unit tests), Playwright (end-to-end)
Git, GitHub, CI/CD (GitHub Actions)
Iteratively: short cycle → feedback → improvements → test
MVP first → test with clients → decide on further development
Freedom to choose tools – value matters more than technology
Transparent and open – ideas matter more than titles
We have implemented a hybrid workplace, in which our team in Wrocław and nearby (up to 50 km), follows a 3/2 model: three days in the office to foster creativity, teamwork, and social interaction, and two days working from home.
If you’re based outside of Wrocław, you'll work in the office for three days each month to maintain valuable face-to-face connections, while continuing to contribute significantly to product engineering remotely.
We don’t want you to worry about all the basic benefits - like a Multisport card, private health care, or a home office equipment budget.
What we really want you to feel and what we believe in is that the real benefits come from the culture we’ve built.
With a hybrid work model (whether it's three days per week or three days per month, depending on your location), unlimited paid days off and sick days policy, an environment focused on outcomes instead of worked hours, and people dedicated to their work, you’ll find a workplace where you can thrive.
And here’s the icing on the cake: you’ll have the opportunity to work with the makers behind all Text products: LiveChat, ChatBot, HelpDesk, KnowledgeBase, OpenWidget.
Are you feeling like this might be a great place to consider working for? We feel it too ;) Join us and apply.
Recruitment process
It’s time to fill out the application form and attach your CV. Here’s what happens next in our fully remote recruitment process:
Get yourself something to drink and let’s talk. Tell us about your professional experience, the results of your work, and your values. We’ll tell you a little bit about the company, products, and company culture. We’ll also talk about the money and your availability.
At this stage, we’ll test your craft to see the value you can bring to the company. The most important part? You’ll find out everything about the challenges in your role, and we’ll find out everything we need to know about your experience.
We’ll give you a project to work on for a few hours. You’ll also meet the people that’ll give you tips, advice, and access to data and tools so you can feel like you’re already a part of the team. Get familiar with our atmosphere, the workflow, and the people. All in all, we’ll help you make a well-informed decision.
