About your team:

We focus on working with A-players and make sure our hiring process really digs into what we need to find. We never compromise on culture fit or experience. We use recruitment analytics to guide us, helping us understand what’s working and what’s not. You'll be the gatekeeper, ensuring we bring in only the best of the best.

Our team is headed by the Chief HR Officer. You’ll work with the recruitment team — who will introduce you to our world and show you the best tricks to tackle daily challenges. You’ll also work closely with HR Business Partners and the HR Tech & Data Analyst. They’re all here to ensure you have everything you need to succeed.

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing the entire recruitment process for both business and technical roles;

  • Coming up with creative ways to find top talent and keep our pipeline full;

  • Working closely with team leaders to drive hiring plans;

  • Collaborating with hiring managers to define job requirements and create job descriptions;

  • Conducting screenings, and coordinating and overseeing all stages of the recruitment process;

  • Gathering and sharing feedback with candidates;

  • Negotiation job offers and bringing new hires on board;

  • Keeping our applicant tracking system up to date and managing recruitment metrics and job postings;

  • Staying updated on industry trends and best practices;

  • Collaborating with the finance and legal department if needed.

You may be a good fit for this role if you:

  • Have at least three years experience in handling end-to-end processes for tech roles;

  • Know the ins and outs of technical roles and keep up with the latest industry trends;

  • Thrive in fast-paced, ever-changing environments and can pivot when needed;

  • Use data to drive your recruiting game and make smart decisions;

  • Have experience with applicant tracking systems, HR tech, and AI tools;

  • Know how to match the right skills to the right roles for a smooth hiring process;

  • Have a knack for negotiating and closing offers;

  • Work independently and have a strong sense of ownership.

How we work

We have implemented a hybrid workplace, in which our team in Wrocław and nearby (up to 50 km), follows a 3/2 model: three days in the office to foster creativity, teamwork, and social interaction, and two days working from home.

If you’re based outside of Wrocław, you'll work in the office for three days each month to maintain valuable face-to-face connections, while continuing to contribute significantly to product development remotely.

Interview with our recruitment specialist

Video call with your future team leaders

At this stage, we’ll test your craft to see the value you can bring to the company. The most important part? You’ll find out everything about the challenges in your role, and we’ll find out everything we need to know about your experience.

A remote practice run

We’ll give you a project to work on for a few hours. You’ll also meet the people that’ll give you tips, advice, and access to data and tools so you can feel like you’re already a part of the team. Get familiar with our atmosphere, the workflow, and the people. All in all, we’ll help you make a well-informed decision.
