We’re looking for a Senior Social Media Specialist to join our growing Social Media and Community Team. We’re responsible for skyrocketing our products’ social media presence for HelpDesk, ChatBot, LiveChat, and more, and we need you on board! You’ll work closely with our Product Marketing Managers and the Creative Team to plan and execute social media campaigns that will support our products and engage our followers.
The perfect candidate has a lot of experience in creating and promoting content for the major social media channels that translates into expanding the follower base and the engagement rate. The individual we seek will also have a deep understanding of the impact of social media on businesses and a desire to analyze the results and grasp the gathered metrics.
You will be responsible for:
Developing the social media profiles of our products. Keep in mind that we focus mostly on organic campaigns.
Analyzing and interpreting data (i.e., Google Analytics, internal dashboards) to find meaningful signals for growing website traffic.
Creating promo campaigns on Product Hunt, Hacker News, etc.
Creating social media content in cooperation with our Creative Team’s designers, web developers, video crew, and motion designer.
We’re looking for:
Proficiency in English.
Great communication and writing skills.
The ability to create, manage, and execute the social media plan and editorial calendar while keeping in mind the impact of your work on our business.
A natural passion for social media and the need for inspiring online communication and the sharing of knowledge and resources with customers, influencers, and the broader community.
Experience in running successful, engaging communication and growing a network of fans/followers through Facebook fan pages, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
The ability to be creative, accurate, self-disciplined, and resourceful.
A desire for tracking, measuring, and analyzing the efficiency of the content and campaign performance.
Working in an environment of passionate people on big-league projects (on products that attract more than 33k paid customers worldwide and counting) and used worldwide by millions of people every month.
