We’re looking for a Salesforce Admin with a keen eye for insight and an interest in helping us improve processes to join our growing sales team as we move deeper into both the mid-market and enterprise markets.
Our Sales Operations team is committed to ensuring LiveChat, Inc.’s sales and customer success teams are running optimally. Sales Ops plays a critical role in helping our go-to-market teams land new customers and support existing customers through the entire client journey. Sitting at the center of customer data and information, it is our mission to transform these insights into measurable decisions in partnership with internal teams.
As our Salesforce Admin, you will spend a majority of your time in Salesforce ensuring business processes are converted into user stories and put into action for each member of the Sales Org. Our ideal candidate is comfortable with managing the day-to-day operations of Salesforce, while also excited and able to evolve process and standard methodologies. You are comfortable taking a problem, collecting needs, identifying risks and providing an appropriate path forward. Also,if it is broken, you’ll likely suggest a solution ;-)
Who you are:
2+ years of Salesforce.com admin experience, with expertise in all common configuration tasks, including Sales Cloud (Salesforce Lightning);
Understanding of the Salesforce platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity (Process Builder, Flows, etc);
Intermediate/advanced Excel knowledge;
Demonstrated analytical skills and comfort with data and metrics;
Marketing automation system experience (a plus);
Tableau experience (a plus);
A proven track record of taking ownership, leading data-driven analyses, and sharing results with a broader audience;
Highly organized, have multi-tasking skills, detail orientated, and efficient in ambiguous situations;
Demonstrated ability to define, refine and implement processes, procedures and policies, preferably within a sales organization.
In this role, you wil:
Partner with our Sales Leadership and the rest of Sales Ops to help our sales org achieve predictable growth goals;
Lead Salesforce configurations, support, and maintenance;
Identify, develop, and deploy new business processes;
Own our Data Dictionary as we scale our utilization of Salesforce and other systems
Manage important projects (some small and some large in scope).
Example projects may include
Create and manage standard and custom objects, fields, formulas, and page layouts;
Manage users, roles and hierarchies, groups, and security settings;
Customize reporting and dashboards for the various teams;
Develop and maintain validation rules and custom workflow rules;
Complete bulk imports and exports of data;
Maintain data integrity through data cleansing, transformation, and de-duplication;
Manage and maintain third-party apps integrated with Salesforce;
Help manage enhancement projects from requirement gathering, documentation, to execution;
Troubleshoot and implement solutions to process issues as they arise.
