We are looking for an enthusiastic and open-minded Quality Assurance Engineer who will be a full-time member of the cross-functional product team (HelpDesk, KnowledgeBase, or Developers Program). Together we’ll choose which one fits you the best!

You will work side by side with skilled teammates like the product manager, product designer, software developers, and other testers to make it easier for customer support teams around the world. 

What we’re looking for:

  • At least two years of experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer
  • Good knowledge about testing methodologies
  • Strong QA skills including testing and defect reporting
  • Experience writing test cases
  • Good knowledge of web fundamentals: HTTP, HTML, CSS, and WebSockets
  • Basic knowledge of web services
  • Good knowledge of tools for web developers (e.g., FireBug, Chrome DevTools)
  • Basic knowledge about mobile device testing
  • Basic knowledge about API testing
  • Self-reliance and responsibility for assigned tasks
  • Effective time management
  • Precision, curiosity, perceptiveness, and patience

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of JavaScript
  • Experience with Cypress or other automation frameworks
