Product Designer (LiveChat)

Full-time Remote / Poland

We’re looking for Product Designers to join one of the LiveChat product teams.

At the Growth team, we work on improving SaaS business metrics, which means that most of our work revolves around projects related to the monetization of the current user base, customer retention, customer acquisition, and user flow optimization.

The second team is currently focused on ensuring quality and performance in a data-intensive environment. We work on our customers’ experience, which means focus on application stability, high performance, and user flow optimization. You will help us connect end-user satisfaction with business growth and high-scale traffic provided by our chatting ecosystem. It might be a challenging task, but it’ll allow you to see the direct impact of your work.


You will:

  • Work as a member of the Product Team, collaborating closely with Developers, Testers, and the Product Manager;
  • Help the Product Manager in the Product Discovery process;
  • Design user flows, experiments, monetization ideas, and ways to retain customers;
  • Identify areas that require UX/UI improvements; actively collect feedback about UX/UI from our customers and stakeholders;
  • Collaborate with UX researchers on user testing; create prototypes; give advice on tests scenarios;
  • Actively collaborate in component creation and other Design System improvements;
  • Have regular Design Review sessions with other Product Designers;
  • Design-wise, you will take ownership of the things we develop;
  • Believe in and advocate for cross-product consistency of UX/UI.

You are:

  • A team player: you work together with a team leveraging available resources instead of single-playing the execution;
  • Well organized: you know how to set the priorities right and manage complex projects without assistance;
  • Data-oriented: you seek proof in data, customer feedback, user tests, and in metrics instead of blindly following your intuition;
  • Detail-oriented: you understand that great products are easy to use, have very few bugs, and are consistent across all sections and interfaces.

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 5 years of experience in product design;
  • Excellent experience with Figma, MacOS, Jira;
  • Ability to present projects and ideas skillfully and confidently;
  • Understanding of software development process;
  • Practical knowledge of the SaaS business model;
  • Great command of the English language.
