Have solid experience in HR and worked at least 2 years as an HR Business Partner/HR Manager at a tech company.
Are a natural-born HR lover, always up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies.
Can speak, write, and think in English (and Polish).
Act as a professional pacemaker, work smart, fast, and close with leaders to achieve company goals.
Are a long-distance runner who has employee’s interest at heart.
have outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.

Are as happy as a clam working independently or with a team.
Have the mental stamina to handle our poor jokes, day, after day, after day.
Have a master’s or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or other related fields.
You will actively:
Build and maintain strong relationships with leaders, providing them with help and coaching on a regular basis.
Give recommendations for and oversee the implementation of development plans aimed at building employee engagement and increasing the efficiency of the entire organization.
Mentor and support employees with any HR-related issues, especially career paths, self-development, and business understanding.
Set HR trends and new standards based on your broad experience.
Upskill our team with dedicated training and workshops.
