We’re looking for an experienced Outbound Account Executive with a true knack for SaaS sales (based in the United States) to join our growing sales team as we move deeper into both the mid-market and enterprise markets.
In this role, you will be one of our first Sales Reps based in the United States. Your focus will be to research prospective customers, create outreach strategies, and identify the highest ROI opportunities to exceed your monthly and quarterly targets. We will provide you with various lead sources such as unqualified trials, unconverted trials or MQLs to tap into them and build traction or momentum. You will work directly with prospects to understand their goals, pains & challenges, demo LiveChat products, and sell the LiveChat value proposition to help prospects meet their business goals.

Have 3+ years in an inside sales role at a B2B SaaS company;
Have a founder’s mentality and are comfortable with “being the first”;
Are not afraid to own a number, create your process and adapt quickly to change;
Have impeccable customer skills, as well as a strong sense of empathy and integrity;
Put prospects and customers first – you’re 100% customer-focused and highly responsive;
Can articulate both a compelling vision and business value to prospects, not resorting to features;

Can lead by example and most importantly lead yourself – you have practiced being “your own CEO” to successfully exceed targets;
Have used a CRM system to facilitate pipeline, forecasting and grow your own wallet;
Are not scared of taking risks and being an entrepreneur;
Are excited by the prospect of building a patch of business to hit monthly, quarterly and annual targets;
Have a proven track record of success both professionally and personally.

What we expect:
Prior success with outbound sales efforts;

3+ years of sales experience for a SaaS company or companies;
2+ years of closing experience is a must;
Prior experience handling a large portfolio or lead lists (finding needles in a haystack);
Prior experience with a solution sale and consultative selling approach;
Perfect command of the English language (both verbal and written);
