About the Role:

We are looking for a real EB Master whose mission is to create the best working place in the world, merging marketing and HR.

So, what will you do in this role?

– Create a compelling employer branding strategy

– Initiate targeted campaigns to build brand awareness outside and inside the company

– Stay up to date with current EB and content trends on digital channels, monitor competitors to create fact-based recommendations for recruitment, EB and HR

– Act as LiveChat Brand Ambassador: create, place and track content on social media – Facebook, Linkedin, Instagram, and other relevant channels

– Be responsible for our events – from concept through coordination to hosting and a post-event summary

Our ideal candidate will have:

– Minimum 4 years of experience related to employment branding, recruitment marketing and management of social media

– Proven track record of achievements in employer branding, event planning, social media management, and content generation

– Experience running company social media profiles

– Fluent English: 100% of your tasks will done in English

– Strong verbal and written communication skills

– Ability to manage multiple priorities

– Top-notch organizational skills to manage various projects and priorities

– Ability to work in the dynamic environment of a quickly evolving business

– Creativity, desire for self development, and the ability to analyze the market to obtain critical information
