So, what will you do in this role?
Create a compelling employer branding strategy
Initiate targeted campaigns to build brand awareness outside and inside the company
Stay up to date with current EB and content trends on digital channels, monitor competitors to create fact-based recommendations for recruitment, EB and HR
Act as LiveChat Brand Ambassador: create, place and track content on social media – Facebook, Linkedin, Instagram, and other relevant channels
Be responsible for our events – from concept through coordination to hosting and a post-event summary
Our ideal candidate will have:
Minimum 4 years of experience related to employment branding, recruitment marketing, and management of social media
Proven track record of achievements in employer branding, event planning, social media management, and content generation
Experience running company social media profiles
Fluent English: 100% of your tasks will be done in English
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Top-notch organizational skills to manage various projects and priorities
Ability to work in the dynamic environment of a quickly evolving business
Creativity, desire for self-development, and the ability to analyze the market to obtain critical information
