In the Conversational AI Experience, we build tools that make Customer Support agents focus on what's most important — helping customers. We use LLM engines to make Text a one-stop platform for customer service. We work closely with users, gather feedback, and define measurable goals to ensure our product is in demand.
As a Senior Frontend Engineer on our team, you’ll play a key role in developing products that align with Text’s vision and strategy. You’ll collaborate with multiple teams — especially ML Engineers — and work on Copilot features within the Text App.
We're looking for an experienced Senior Frontend Engineer who is comfortable building things from ground up, capable of driving change, and will be a great sparring partner for making good product decisions. You’ll have the opportunity to co-create products that meaningfully affect end-users' experiences.
Designing and developing experiments that shape the future direction of our products.
Partnering with Machine Learning engineers to build user-friendly LLM-driven features.
Integrating LLMs into our existing application architecture and proactively troubleshooting AI reasoning.
Monitoring and optimizing performance — ensuring high code quality, efficiency, and reliability.
Engaging in product planning and strategy — helping define goals, refine solutions, and respond to user data and feedback.
Product-driven leadership: You don’t just build — you challenge, shape, and lead. You’re energized by driving meaningful product evolution.
Frontend mastery: You're fluent in TypeScript, React, and Node.js. Experience with Docker is a bonus.
Awareness of how AI systems work: You’re aware of and understand concepts like Retrieval-Augmented Generation, Prompt Engineering, and Large Language Models.
Design with the user in mind: You instinctively think in user flows, turning insights into intuitive, impactful features.
Proactive collaboration with AI teams: You’re able to read AI reasoning logs (e.g., Copilot) and contribute to debugging and improvement efforts.
Proactive & independent: You thrive on autonomy, yet know exactly when and how to sync with your team.
Craftsmanship: You write clean, testable code and elevate the quality bar across the board. Knowledge sharing isn’t a task — it’s part of your DNA.
SaaS-savvy: You’ve built or scaled modern SaaS products and know what it takes to ship high-quality software in a customer-facing environment.

We have implemented a hybrid workplace, in which our team in Wrocław and nearby (up to 50 km), follows a 3/2 model: three days in the office to foster creativity, teamwork, and social interaction, and two days working from home.
If you’re based outside of Wrocław, you'll work in the office for three days each month to maintain valuable face-to-face connections, while continuing to contribute significantly to product engineering remotely.
