First impressions matter — especially when they're happening on someone else's platform.
We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven individual to take full ownership of how our brand is represented across external platforms — marketplaces, review sites, and product partnership listings.
This is a role at the intersection of content, partnerships, and performance. We're currently present on over 470 external sites and platforms — your job will be to maintain consistency across them and actively seek out opportunities to increase our visibility and reach.
This is not a “keep things tidy” type of role. We’re looking for someone who treats product profiles as marketing channels, listings as growth levers, and partnerships as strategic investments. Someone who can turn presence into traffic, and traffic into tangible business impact.
You’ll be responsible for the visibility of our products outside our own website — wherever users search for us, compare options, and make purchasing decisions. Your goal will be to maximize the effectiveness of these touchpoints and build relationships that bring business value.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Managing product profiles on platforms like G2, Trustpilot, Zapier, WordPress, etc. — updating content, optimizing visibility, testing elements that improve conversion, and promoting integrations to drive trials and customer acquisition from these channels.
Collaborating with partners — running joint content campaigns (e.g., articles, webinars, integrations), and initiating relationships with new platforms, and leveraging integrations to attract new users.
Analyzing data — tracking which channels bring the most traffic, leads, and customers. Identifying gaps and growth opportunities.
Coordinating marketing materials — working with copywriters, designers, and the automation team to deliver consistent and effective assets.
Building product reputation — actively gathering reviews and feedback from users.
We're Looking for Someone Who:
Has experience in B2B marketing, especially in the areas of partnerships, content, or external channel management.
Can write in a clear, simple, and persuasive way — both in promotional materials and in communication with partners.
Can analyze data and draw actionable insights (Google Analytics, UTM tracking, basic reporting).
Understands how partnerships work: from onboarding a partner to running joint campaigns and evaluating outcomes.
Can juggle multiple projects simultaneously and work remotely with distributed teams.
Communicates fluently in English (at least C1 level).
Bonus Points If You:
Have experience in SaaS marketing or with integration platforms
Have previously led campaigns with partners, B2B influencers, platforms, or communities.
Know how to write a high-converting product description and understand the elements that influence conversion.
The team and setup
You’ll join the First Impression Experience team — the crew responsible for how Text looks and feels before someone signs up. You’ll work closely with Designers, Automation Specialists, and Product Marketers. You’ll also collaborate with technical teams and the Selling Experience group on listings that include app integrations.
We have implemented a hybrid workplace, in which our team in Wrocław and nearby (up to 50 km), follows a 3/2 model: three days in the office to foster creativity, teamwork, and social interaction, and two days working from home.
If you’re based outside of Wrocław, you'll work in the office for three days each month to maintain valuable face-to-face connections, while continuing to contribute significantly to product engineering remotely.
