Remote Full-time
Do you live and breathe mobile product design? Do you love turning raw ideas, scraps of insight, and real user feedback into polished, intuitive experiences?
We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our Mobile Team, where we’re reimagining how businesses can monitor, communicate, and act on the go. You’ll help shape an app that thousands of small and medium businesses rely on daily to stay connected with their customers, respond faster, and keep a finger on the pulse of what matters most.
This isn’t a maintenance role. We just rebuilt our app from the ground up — the heavy legacy is gone. Now we’re moving fast: validating bold ideas, improving foundations, and shipping features that make the app a true business companion.
We’re a micro-team of three, working like a startup within the company — small, fast-moving, and highly collaborative. Everyone takes ownership, whether it’s polishing UI, answering App Store reviews, or shaping the next big feature.
Our way of working is collaborative and proactive:
We plan quarterly, not sprint by sprint, but we refine and iterate continuously.
Everyone engages in ideation, participates in testing, and owns the final outcome together.
We expect everyone to bring ideas, not just tasks.
Right now, our focus is on introducing AI-powered features that make mobile the smartest way to stay on top of conversations, evolving the dashboard into a true business companion with key insights, and continuously refining the design system and UI to deliver a seamless, high-quality experience.
Taking end-to-end ownership of design work, from discovery and prototyping, through iteration and delivery.
Partnering closely with the Head of Mobile — bouncing ideas, challenging assumptions, and co-shaping the product.
Building and evolving our mobile design system, ensuring consistency and scalability.
Validating ideas with users and stakeholders through conversations, quick tests, and experiments.
Collaborating tightly with developers from ideation to TestFlight builds.
Bringing a product mindset: connecting dots, spotting opportunities, and shaping what the app could be.
A senior-level designer who thrives in small, fast-moving teams.
Product-minded — you care about pixels, the outcomes, and business impact.
Proactive and curious — you bring ideas to the table and challenge assumptions.
Comfortable with ambiguity — you can take fragments of insight and turn them into concrete design directions.
Detail-driven — you care about usability, consistency, and polish.
A clear communicator who gives and receives feedback constructively.
6+ years of experience in product design, including mobile apps.
A strong portfolio demonstrating UX/UI thinking, interaction design, and problem-solving on complex flows.
Mastery of Figma and familiarity with design/research tools.
Experience leading end-to-end product design processes from discovery to delivery.
A track record of collaborating closely with developers and shipping high-quality features.
Nice to have:
Experience with AI-powered features or data-driven products.
Background in SaaS or B2B tools.
Familiarity with user research and experimentation (e.g. usability studies, A/B testing).
Big impact in a small team: every design decision you make is visible and matters.
Creative freedom: you’ll co-drive the roadmap, not just execute it.
Real ownership: you’ll touch everything from design systems to customer-facing features.
Close collaboration: work side by side with developers and a hands-on Head of Design.
Fresh canvas: the app has just been rebuilt — now’s the time to shape its future.
🔥 This is not your typical product design role. It’s a chance to design a mobile app as a true business companion that helps thousands of users monitor, respond, and act in real time. If you thrive in small, high-energy teams and want to shape product direction, not just polish pixels, we’d love to hear from you.
We’re a hybrid team – remote when it makes sense, onsite when it matters most.
Once per quarter, your whole team spends 5 working days together at our Wrocław office – a time for focused execution, unblocking work, and driving key outcomes.
Our office is open year-round – drop by anytime.
We don’t want you to worry about all the basic benefits - like a Multisport card, private health care, or a home office equipment budget.
