Hybrid Full-time
Join a strategic part of the company that is redefining how clients perceive our product — not just as a customer support tool, but as a true sales growth engine.
Our team builds solutions that help scale ecommerce sales, prove the impact of the product chat and automation on revenue, and enable our clients to gain a competitive edge.
We enhance the text product by adding a new dimension — tools and analytics that reveal its impact on sales, offering insights the market has not seen before.
As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for the Assisted & Automated Sales team.
Your mission will include:
Leading the team in building sales-boosting tools and driving their adoption among clients,
Defining, breaking down, and executing product scenarios — from hypothesis to release,
Collaborating with designers and developers to set priorities, scope MVPs, and iterate effectively,
Analyzing data and client feedback to validate business hypotheses,
Shaping the product vision together with the Head of Product and fellow PMs — influencing strategic decisions,
Reviewing team deliverables, ensuring process clarity, and making sure everyone knows what, why, and for whom they are building,
Maintaining a balance between client insights and scalable SaaS solutions (no case-by-case hacks).
We’re looking for someone who:
Has a proven track record in ecommerce — building or scaling platforms, marketplaces, or digital products operating in this space, with a strong understanding of how they work, their needs, and their ecosystem.
Has led development teams and delivered projects end-to-end (proven track record of success).
Brings hands-on experience with AI tools and keeps up with market trends.
Knows how to build SaaS products — especially at the intersection of customer service and sales.
Thinks analytically — able to translate analytics and behavioral data into actionable insights and make the best possible decisions.
Is highly organized — manages processes, mitigates risks, and ensures smooth communication.
Has natural curiosity and a drive to understand what happens “under the hood” (both technically and business-wise).
Is comfortable talking to clients, yet balances feedback with macro-level data.
Thrives in an environment where feedback is direct and honest.
Has fluent English (C1) for smooth collaboration and client communication.
JIRA — team workflow management
Slack — day-to-day communication
Amplitude — product analytics
Tableau — advanced reporting
If you want to develop products that truly impact client revenue and have the drive for analysis, critical thinking, and team leadership, we’d love to have you on board!
We’re a hybrid team – remote when it makes sense, onsite when it matters most.
Once per quarter, your whole team spends 5 working days together at our Wrocław office – a time for focused execution, unblocking work, and driving key outcomes.
Our office is open year-round – drop by anytime.
We don’t want you to worry about all the basic benefits - like a Multisport card, private health care, or a home office equipment budget.
What we really want you to feel and what we believe in is that the real benefits come from the culture we’ve built.
With a hybrid work model, unlimited paid days off and sick days policy, an environment focused on outcomes instead of worked hours, and people dedicated to their work, you’ll find a workplace where you can thrive.
And here’s the icing on the cake: you’ll have the opportunity to work with the makers behind all Text products: LiveChat, ChatBot, HelpDesk, KnowledgeBase, OpenWidget.
Are you feeling like this might be a great place to consider working for? We feel it too ;) Join us and apply.
Recruitment process
It’s time to fill out the application form and attach your CV. Here’s what happens next in our fully remote recruitment process:
Get yourself something to drink and let’s talk. Tell us about your professional experience, the results of your work, and your values. We’ll tell you a little bit about the company, products, and company culture. We’ll also talk about the money and your availability.
At this stage, we’ll test your craft to see the value you can bring to the company. The most important part? You’ll find out everything about the challenges in your role, and we’ll find out everything we need to know about your experience.
We’ll give you a project to work on for a few hours. You’ll also meet the people that’ll give you tips, advice, and access to data and tools so you can feel like you’re already a part of the team. Get familiar with our atmosphere, the workflow, and the people. All in all, we’ll help you make a well-informed decision.
