Demand Generation owns the entire pre-trial experience: everything a potential customer sees, understands, and believes before they start a trial. The Customer Acquisition Manager is responsible for delivering results through a senior team and helping that team grow.

This role combines:

  • ownership of customer acquisition, delivery, and

  • full people leadership for a cross-functional Demand team.

You’ll translate GTM strategy into daily execution, ensure the right things ship at the right quality, and create an environment where experienced specialists can do their best work.

You’ll report directly to Head of Demand Generation and work closely with Product, Video, Brand, Data, Activation, and Tech Partners.

Your mission

Deliver a predictable, high-quality customer acquisition system while building a strong, focused, and continuously improving team.

What you’ll do

Drive delivery

  • Ensure acquisition initiatives ship on time and meet the required quality standards.

  • Track progress, surface risks early, unblock issues, and escalate when needed.

  • Turn strategy into execution: not decks or wishlists.

  • Reduce noise and protect the team’s focus.

Lead and develop your team

  • Set clear goals and expectations for senior specialists.

  • Run regular 1:1s focused on clarity, feedback, and growth.

  • Coach people, give direct and actionable feedback, and support development.

  • Build trust through consistency, good judgment, and follow-through.

Translate direction into execution

  • Turn Demand Generation and GTM strategy into practical team plans.

  • Prioritize work, sequence initiatives, and define success criteria.

  • Balance speed with focus: fewer initiatives, better executed.

Own team operations

  • Handle dependencies, coordination, and internal processes.

  • Keep the acquisition machine running smoothly day to day.

  • Continuously improve how the team works together.

Partner across the organization

  • Work with Activation to ensure traffic arrives with context and intent.

  • Support Sales with better signal quality, not vanity demand.

  • Partner with Data to define and track what “good demand” really means.

  • Work closely with Tech Leads and specialists, leveraging their domain expertise while owning delivery and outcomes.

Required experience

  • 3+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, demand generation, or acquisition roles.

  • Experience managing and developing teams, not just projects.

  • Strong understanding of the SaaS funnel: traffic → trial → activation → pipeline.

  • Ability to translate strategy into daily execution.

  • Comfort working with senior specialists and partnering with Tech Leads.

  • Strong prioritization and decision-making skills.

  • US market experience is a strong plus.

Skills and traits we value

  • Calm, accountable leadership.

  • Strong delivery mindset: things ship.

  • PM-style thinking: prioritization, sequencing, ownership.

  • Clear, respectful communication.

  • Ability to give and receive direct feedback.

  • Systems thinking: you see how work connects.

Tools you’ll likely use

  • Analytics and tracking: GA4, BigQuery, Looker.

  • Marketing automation: HubSpot.

  • Collaboration and planning: ClickUp, Slack, Figma.

  • AI tools for research, analysis, and experimentation.

Success metrics (owned / influenced)

  • Engaged, high-intent traffic.

  • Quality of trials entering Activation.

  • Conversion from traffic → meaningful product exploration.

  • Signal clarity for downstream GTM teams.

  • Team delivery, focus, and growth.

Why this role matters

You’ll shape:

  • how the market first experiences Text, and

  • how a senior Demand team delivers, grows, and scales.

If you want to lead experienced people, turn strategy into execution, and be accountable for real outcomes — this role gives you that responsibility.

How We Work

We’re a hybrid team – remote when it makes sense, onsite when it matters most.

Once per quarter, your whole team spends 5 working days together at our Wrocław office – a time for focused execution, unblocking work, and driving key outcomes.

Our office is open year-round – drop by anytime.

Benefits

We don’t want you to worry about all the basic benefits - like a Multisport card, private health care, or a home office equipment budget.

What we really want you to feel and what we believe in is that the real benefits come from the culture we’ve built.

With a hybrid work model, unlimited paid days off and sick days policy, an environment focused on outcomes instead of worked hours, and people dedicated to their work, you’ll find a workplace where you can thrive.

And here’s the icing on the cake: you’ll have the opportunity to work with the makers behind all Text products: LiveChatChatBotHelpDeskKnowledgeBaseOpenWidget.
