In this role, you’ll be a trusted partner to leadership, shaping how we hire, challenging assumptions, and ensuring every new teammate raises the bar. You’ll champion our culture throughout the candidate journey and create an outstanding experience for every applicant. 

And you won’t be doing it alone - you’ll be part of a collaborative People team, working hand in hand with Aneta (our VP), Gosia, Klaudia, and Paulina as fellow Recruiters, and Ania, who drives our HR Tech & Data efforts. We also take our Slack culture very seriously - expect a variety of custom emojis that capture every possible emotion, reaction, and inside jokes.

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Owning the full recruitment process end-to-end: from understanding hiring needs and briefing with hiring managers through to closing roles

  • Acting as a true partner to the business: defining what an A-player means, how they contribute to the team and business, and ensuring your judgment and assessment are valued in every hiring decision

  • Championing our culture throughout the process: setting clear expectations, creating a consistent candidate experience, and driving outcome-focused recruitment

  • Treating recruiting like a product: measuring funnel performance, experimenting, optimizing, and continuously refining processes

  • Setting a high bar for candidates, interviewers, and yourself by being transparent, focused, and results-driven

  • Automating wherever possible to improve efficiency and outcomes for you and the team

  • Contributing to broader HR initiatives, shaping processes from their first iteration through ongoing improvements

  • Collaborating closely with numerous stakeholders: product leads, engineers, marketers to align HR needs with the company priorities

You have:

  • 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, including at least 2 years in a high-growth tech or product-led organization

  • A proven track record of hiring top performers who made measurable impact on their teams

  • Strong operational skills: you’ve managed recruitment end-to-end, tracked performance, and continuously improved results

  • Confidence working with senior leadership: you’re comfortable challenging ideas, sharing feedback, and influencing decisions

  • Genuine curiosity about Recruitment and HR: you stay up to date with trends, explore new products, and test innovative tools and practices

  • The ability to balance speed with rigor — delivering fast while maintaining exceptional quality

  • A data-driven mindset combined with strong human judgment: you use metrics to guide decisions, but always keep people first

How we work

We’re a hybrid team – remote when it makes sense, onsite when it matters most.

Once per quarter, your whole team spends 5 working days together at our Wrocław office – a time for focused execution, unblocking work, and driving key outcomes.

Our office is open year-round – drop by anytime.

Interview with our recruitment specialist

Video call with your future team leaders

At this stage, we’ll test your craft to see the value you can bring to the company. The most important part? You’ll find out everything about the challenges in your role, and we’ll find out everything we need to know about your experience.

A remote practice run

We’ll give you a project to work on for a few hours. You’ll also meet the people that’ll give you tips, advice, and access to data and tools so you can feel like you’re already a part of the team. Get familiar with our atmosphere, the workflow, and the people. All in all, we’ll help you make a well-informed decision.
