How add emoji from formatting panel in a ticket reply

I would like to know if there is a possibility to add emojis through the text formatting panel. I can copy and paste in the reply field from a different source but get it direct form the panel will be better… Sometimes the Emojis can turn the conversation more friendly and helps a lot so that the person on the other side understands the point that is being elucidated in a way that is not rude.

Afaik, there is not such an option available yet.
