Exclude traffic from specific IP addresses and bots

If a messy customers list of web crawlers distracts you from providing the best customer support, we have good news! With this new feature, you can keep your customers list clean by excluding traffic from:

  • Specific IP addresses (including your own, internal traffic)
  • Web crawlers and bots

To activate it, click + Add filter at the top of the customers list and choose the “Web crawlers” or “IP addresses” option. Now, you can focus more on your customers.

You can also personalize your customers list view by changing the width of its columns.
