Manage your agents more effectively with a new LiveChat Lite update

LiveChat Lite has been around for a few months. After implementing changes that improved push notifications, launch times, and connectivity, among other things, we’ve just rolled out another update.

LiveChat Lite now gives you access to the Agents section with editable Agent profiles. Admins can now log out and invite new agents to their license with just a few taps inside the app. Managing your support team on the go has never been easier.

Trends in remote work and what they mean

While providing an inside look at LiveChat, the results of our survey also show answers that reflect general trends that are happening around the world right now. Surveys conducted by The New York Times and another conducted jointly by Buffer and AngelList showed similar results. Human resources and how we work are undergoing a dramatic shift, and businesses will need to keep up and adapt.
