BotEngine’s features portfolio has expanded to include rich messaging, two types of matching system, and API documentation.

After six months in beta, LiveChat has added rich messages, two types of matching systems, and API documentation to its BotEngine chatbot building software.

According to LiveChat’s report, tech companies have the happiest customers. On average, they have a satisfaction rating of 89%, which is higher than the global customer satisfaction rate of 83.54%. And why is that?

More specifically, LiveChat’s report found that demand for live chat features on company websites grew by 8.3 percent in 2017. But small businesses weren’t able to keep up with that growing demand as well as large companies.
