Variables in canned responses are now ready to use!

We just added the possibility to use variables in canned responses, which allow you to automatically add relevant info, like agent’s name or email address.

For now, we support following variables:

  • {{ticket.requesterName}}
  • {{ticket.requesterEmail}}
  • {{ticket.agentName}}
  • {{ticket.agentEmail}}
