We just added the possibility to use variables in canned responses, which allow you to automatically add relevant info, like agent’s name or email address.
For now, we support following variables:
- {{ticket.requesterName}}
- {{ticket.requesterEmail}}
- {{ticket.agentName}}
- {{ticket.agentEmail}}
