Update: customers can now send messages while waiting in the queue ⏰

Here’s some good news from LiveChat’s product team:

Customers now don’t need to wait for an available agent to send their query in the chat :point_up:
From the other side, agents can immediately see what the customers sent, and prioritize their actions better :ok_hand:
