Time Stamp for when a ticket is read?

We are a happy HelpDesk user with a small suggestion.

We appreciate the feature that shows us if the ticket has been read by the recipient. A time/date stamp of when the ticket was read would be even more helpful, if possible!


any thought on adding this feature to HelpDesk?
