Currently, LC logs out agents from the app 5 days after logon. This is very annoying because an agent may not know they were logged out, and they won’t get notifications. They only know they’re logged out when they open the app and see that. We have actually missed chats because of this.
For example, you logon Monday, come Saturday you get logged out and you aren’t alerted about that. So, even if you’re working hours are set for Saturday, you won’t get notifications about livechats.
