Hi everyone… wow this is an exciting little space isnt it! Ok… so I am here to try and find like minded people and really get some ooomph into how we are using LiveChat. It has changed our comms world and we are now at the stage where we want to push and make sure we’re using it to smart advantage for our customers. I head up the Customer Contact & experience team for a high end brand. Allowing our customers to chat has been a revolution. I am trying to find some contacts that I can work with to simply share the knowledge, bounce ideas around and be part of the customer journey revolution we are seeing. Big thing for us is how to make the “FAQ” and self help and enjoyable journey where the customer doesnt feel like they are trapped inside a never ending robotic tour… I find if that’s the feeling they get bored quickly and want to chat to and agent… anyhow - I’m here - hoping to make a network out there and learn loads of new tricks and idea’s!
